We asked David and his team to conduct a very difficult project during a very difficult time (the COVID pandemic). To say it was a difficult project is an understatement. In addition to the market research tasks they also had to conduct very intricate technical procedures that our end clients would normally do but could not because they couldn't be on site. But David and his team took it in their stride, managing a process that was way beyond what would normally be expected. I work for a large market research company in the United States, and we commissioned Strategic Focus to conduct several focus groups and web clinic sessions in Singapore and Hong Kong. There were many important details associated with the project, and I was nervous whether everything would go smoothly, especially because my clients were in attendance at the sessions in Singapore and Hong Kong along with me.
